CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. They place special focus on working alongside poor women because, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty. CARE also deliver emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and help people rebuild their lives. In the fiscal year 2015, CARE worked in 95 countries around the world, supporting 890 poverty-fighting development and humanitarian aid projects to reach more than 65 million people.

Prakriti Resources Centre (PRC) is a non-government organization furthering the notion of sustainable development and environmental integrity. PRC focuses on areas of climate change, low carbon development and food security. Nepal being one of the most vulnerable countries to climate change, adapting to its impacts is imperative. Similarly, Nepal also needs to embrace the low carbon development model for sustainability.
The greenwerk. strives for fair and sustainable use of global resources and access to renewable energy for all. The work focuses on instruments and activities for promoting greenhouse gas mitigation and renewable energy, particularly in LDCs and SIDSs. With technical support on policies, methodological approaches, innovative instruments and knowledge transfer, the greenwerk fosters international efforts and strengthens climate finance frameworks to combat global warming and promote adaptation to the adverse impacts of climate change.
