The Climate Finance Advisory Service (CFAS) is an initiative which is delivered by a consortium of experts led by Germanwatch e.V. and is part of the Climate Ambition Support Alliance (CASA).

CASA is funded by the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) for the benefit of climate-vulnerable developing countries. However, the views expressed and information contained are not necessarily those of or endorsed by DESNZ or the entities managing the delivery of CASA which can accept no responsibility or liability for such views, completeness or accuracy of the information or for any reliance placed on them.

CASA is led and administered by DAI. Management of the delivery of CASA is undertaken by DAI and an alliance of organisations including Climate Analytics; CIES – Consorcio de Investigacion Economica y Social; Germanwatch; International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD); International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED); Independent Diplomat; Legal Response International (LRI); and ODI.
